Cloud based software as a service (SaaS), for 360 feedback, anytime, anywhere. Includes a who-is-who functionality and mid and end-of-year employee review and grading. Latest software release includes in-company merchandise store for employees.

Administration tools include a content management system (CMS) that allows the administrator to dynamically update employee lists, org. charts, access persmissions and many other functionalities.
